Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to me. This page explains what information I collect through this website, why, and what I do with it.

What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, your preferred contact time and anything you choose to write in your message. I don't ask for details about your drinking or health on the form.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to you and to arrange your free discovery call. I won't add you to a mailing list or share your details for marketing.

Who else handles it

Form messages are delivered to me by Web3Forms, an email delivery service. This website is hosted by Vercel. Both process data only to provide their services.

If you book a call through my booking page, your booking is handled by Google Calendar, which shares your name, email and chosen time with me.

If you choose to message me on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own privacy policy. I use them only to reply to you.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry messages only for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of our coaching.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you. To do so, contact me through the contact form or by message on Instagram. If you're unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can also contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
